Approaching 3 years after the Fukushima nuclear disaster, the after-effects are still evident. In a show of solidarity, the indie communities from Japan and Taiwan have banded together to organize several events to protest the further proliferation of nuclear power plants here on our tiny island. On February 15th, the cream of Taiwan's indie crop will perform a show at Dream Mall in Kaohsiung to bring to the public consciousness what should be an obvious point: we don't need any more nuclear power plants here. On March 8th, five bands from Japan and Taiwan will perform at The Mercury for what may be one of the most important shows our humble little venue has ever hosted.
No more nukes. We do not want another disaster like Fukushima to happen here, or anywhere.

福島核災 311 三年了,友國日本真實慘痛的經驗 ;
反觀同為島國、且面積更為窄小的台灣 ;
